What it is made of
A spandex-blend stretch worked into a bubble texture. The texture does two jobs at once: it gives the cloth natural stretch in every direction rather than relying on the fibre alone, and it breaks up the surface so the fabric reads as matte and dimensional instead of flat and shiny.
