Understanding Your Results
The device uses a simple LED light system to communicate the oil's status. If the tester flashes green on LEDs 1 through 7, the oil quality is considered excellent or good. If LEDs 8 or 9 flash yellow, the oil quality is fair. If the number 10 LED flashes red slowly, it is recommended to change the oil. If the number 10 LED flashes red quickly, it is recommended to perform an engine check.
